Tantalus Truth Drag Show
Dec. 6th and 7th,2019
The Blue Empire Team had a great time donating security services to the Tantalus Truth Drag Show hosted at Quest University, Canada. Quest students hosted the event (and did a fantastic job!). Profits went to Pride Squamish.

We were proud to support this event, which was an informative and entertaining performance of gender.
Blue Empire 2018 Awards

The Blue Shield Award: This award was created as a way to acknowledge and credit officers who went above and beyond in their duties. The 2018 Blue Shield Award was awarded to Douglas McDougall to commend him on his actions. He caught an electrical fire on one of our sites. He followed protocol and was able to get emergency services to site, saving a building from potentially burning down. His quick thinking and assessment of the situation kept him and surrounding neighbours safe.

The Honour Award: We created this award to acknowledge and credit officers who do their job with honour and integrity. Specific events magnify these qualities, such as the serious medical incident that Harpreet Minhas and Avinash Bharti responded to.
Blue Empire/AST Training
June 19th-21st, 2019
Blue Empire Security was proud to announce the first Blue Empire Advanced Security Training this June. In order to provide advanced training locally, we brought Joe Spindor, an instructor from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. Joe, a 28-year veteran of the New Westminster Police who retired as a Staff Sergeant, now trains security officers and prospective law enforcement recruits.

We believe having up-to-date and additional training helps prepare our officers in facing new challenges with confidence.

Both Harpreet and Avinash have been volunteering with local RCMP for over 7 years!
